BUYING VIA OUR WEBSITE:
All items featured on our Latest Stock gallery are available and can be purchased by contacting us directly - please quote the item reference number and item description in the subject line, along with delivery postcode (if applicable), contact telephone number and preferred payment method within your message.
Upon receipt of your order the item will be marked as reserved on our website. We will respond with confirmation of availability, delivery cost and schedule, invoice and payment details depending on your prefered payment method (see below).
Once we are in receipt of payment your item will be marked as sold and we will ship accordingly. Please note that unless we have agreed otherwise, payment will need to be made within 5 working days of our order confirmation email being sent. If payment hasn't been received in this time the item will be 'un-reserved' and available for general sale again.
BUYING VIA EBAY:
Our eBay store is bursting with original, genuine, unique and individual antiques, vintage homewares & curiosities - from stunning French mirrors and beds to beautiful textiles, china, kitchen items, soft furnishings, lighting and much more... eBay remains our primery resource for selling and we have many smaller items and Bric a Brac only available there.
Click on any of the photographs in our 'Latest Stock' page and it will take you to eBay in a new window - once there you will be able to purchase using the 'Best Offer' or 'Buy it Now' options...
VISITING OUR SHOWROOM:
By far the easiest option if you are local or in the area is to pop into our showroom and check out our items up close and personal... Opening times and directions are available on our 'Visit Our Showroom' page.
We accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal, Personal Cheque (GB Pounds) & Bank Transfer.
Cash payments can also be made at our showroom and on some occasions at point of delivery - please ask.
Spreading the cost:
We are happy to spread the cost of payment for items over £200 by accepting a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure an item, allowing payment to be made over several months to suit your budget. All items must be paid for in full before delivery.
BASIC TERMS OF SALE
For furniture and large items delivered to mainland England and Wales by us:
Payment must be made in full and cleared before we ship.
At point of delivery, our driver will offer to unwrap your item and give you plenty of time for inspection. If the item is damaged in any way or not as described, we will offer a solution or a full refund. If a full refund is required our driver will take the item back at the same time as delivery to save on shipping costs and a refund will be issued via Paypal or Bank Transfer.
Refunds will not be given on furniture after this time.
For all other items, including furniture delivered to or collected by a 3rd party courier whose services have been engaged by the customer:
Payment must be made in full before we ship.
It will be your responsibilty to check with your courier that your item is insured against loss or damage in transit. Couriers will be asked to inspect and sign for your item before it leaves our showroom. Once your item has been collected responsibility will be handed over to your courier and no refunds will be given for loss or damage.
Returns due to change of mind or circumstance:
If you wish to return an item for any other reason than damage or wrong item, we will refund 75% of the purchase cost provided the item is ruturned to us in undamaged condition within 10 days of original delivery or collection. In these circumstances shipping and packing cost will not be refunded and all return shipping fees will be at the customers cost.
